What to know before you start
Do I need my own domain?+
No, you can start with a BKNGWEB address.
You can connect your own domain (e.g. myproperty.com) at any time. We help with DNS setup, or your domain provider can follow our guide.
Do I need an existing website?+
No, BKNGWEB is your website and booking system in one.
You get a modern property presentation with gallery, pages, live availability and direct bookings. No separate website or integration is needed.
Do I need a developer?+
No, you can manage everyday content yourself.
Text, photos, prices, availability and settings are edited in a clear admin. A developer is only needed for complex custom work, which is handled by BKNGWEB Custom.
What if I already have a website?+
You can switch to BKNGWEB or connect it.
You can move content yourself or order our migration service. Then point your domain to BKNGWEB so guests reach you at the same address.
What if I need help setting it up?+
Documentation and support are available.
Detailed help is available inside the admin. You can also order a one-off consultation or setup service without changing your plan.
Must I enter a payment card?+
Yes, but you pay nothing for 7 days.
The trial is free. If you do not cancel, the yearly fee (€199 / 4 990 Kč) is charged after the week. You can cancel anytime in the admin.
What if I need a non-standard feature?+
We first check whether the standard system already covers it.
Most requests can be solved with existing features or settings. For truly individual needs we offer BKNGWEB Custom.
